Return Information

• We accept returns postmarked within 14 days of the date your package ships from us.
• Returns must be received unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags attached.
• Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional protective shipping box. Damage to the shoe box makes the shoes ineligible for return, and the shoes will be returned to you.
• Jewelry, Accessories, Intimates, Bodysuits, Gift Cards, or SALE items are final sale and may not be returned. 
• Returned items purchased with a promotional discount code will receive store credit only. 
• Daily Chic Exclusive jewelry is final sale. Daily Chic reserves the right to make exclusions on a case by case basis.  

The return total will be credited back to the method of payment used during checkout, less the cost of shipping. Please allow up to 4 business days to process your return after Daily Chic receives it. Shipping costs are non refundable. Daily Chic is not responsible for missing, damaged, or packages lost in transit.
