Can I be notified when a style is restocked?

Absolutely! Sign up to receive a one-time email notification by clicking the round pink button on the product page (not quick view mode). You'll enter your email address, and the size you'd like to be updated on the status of.

 

Will you be restocking this item?

We advise you act quickly on your favorite items, as our popular products will sell out very quickly. Our collections are always changing so please do check back often! Facebook is the first place we'll post New Arrivals and Restocked items, so 'Like' Daily Chic to stay updated! 


My payment is not going through?

At the checkout, make sure that all of your personal information matches the exact information (Name, Address, etc) on your credit card. If some information doesn't match, the transaction will not go through. In that case, the credit card you're trying to use will be locked out for security purposes. If you are unsure of the billing information, please call your credit card company to see the information they have on file. If the problem persists, please e-mail us at inquiries@shopdailychic.com with the item you want to order and your address so that we can e-mail you a custom invoice for your order.

All styles are shown in US sizes unless otherwise noted.

 

Do you have any coupon codes available?

How will I know when my order has shipped?

Depending on inventory status, orders may be sent in multiple shipments. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method you select upon checkout. You will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information via email as soon as your item has shipped.

Yes! Please note all international customs charges and taxes are payable by the receiver. Daily Chic is not responsible for any additional charges incurred for shipping orders internationally.

Can I cancel my order?

Once you have received shipping confirmation, your order cannot be cancelled. You may return the order by following our return policy.

 

How do you measure your garments?

Most items are contemporary sizing and in general, a Small is approximately equivalent to 0/2, Medium 4/6, Large 8/10. If garment measurements provided, measurements are taken flat across the front of the item.

 

Which items are final sale?

  • Jewelry, Accessories, Intimates, Bodysuits, Gift Cards, or SALE items are final sale and may not be returned.
  • Daily Chic reserves the right to make exceptions on a case-by-case basis.

What is your return policy?

Return Information

  • ITEMS MUST BE PLACED BACK IN PROTECTIVE BAG FOR SHIPPING. If items are damaged during shipping, no refund will be issued. 
  • We accept returns postmarked within 14 days of receiving your package from us.
  • Returns must be received unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags attached.
  • Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional protective shipping box. Shoes returned without the box makes the shoes ineligible for return, and will be returned to you.
  • Jewelry, Accessories (purses), Intimates, Bodysuits, Gift Cards, or SALE items are final sale and may not be returned.
  • Returned items purchased with a promotional discount code will receive store credit only.
  • The return total will be credited back to the original method of payment used during checkout, less the cost of shipping. Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return after Daily Chic receives it. Shipping costs are non refundable. 

 

We'll send you an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.

 

Daily Chic is not responsible for missing, damaged, or packages lost in transit.

Will I be charged sales tax?

We are required by the State of North Carolina to charge a sales tax on any order shipped to a North Carolina address.
