How will I know when my order has shipped?
Depending on inventory status, orders may be sent in multiple shipments. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method you select upon checkout. You will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information via email as soon as your item has shipped.
Yes! Please note all international customs charges and taxes are payable by the receiver. Daily Chic is not responsible for any additional charges incurred for shipping orders internationally.

How do you measure your garments?
Most items are contemporary sizing and in general, a Small is approximately equivalent to 0/2, Medium 4/6, Large 8/10. If garment measurements provided, measurements are taken flat across the front of the item.
Which items are final sale?
- Items from the Baby Chic collection, Jewelry/Accessories, and Intimates/Bodysuits are final sale and may not be returned.
- Daily Chic reserves the right to make exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
What is your return policy?
We want your shopping experience at Daily Chic to be worry free! We hope you love each item you receive; if not, we're here to help! We gladly accept returns on all items (excluding items from the Baby Chic collection, Jewelry/Accessories, and Intimates/Bodysuits).
Returns are accepted for Store Credit within 30 days of receipt of the item.
- The credit will be sent in the form of a Gift Card to the email address you checked out with. There is no restocking fee, and the store credit never expires!

Return Information Details
- We ACCEPT returns on Sale Collection items and Promo Code orders as store credit - unlike most online shops.
- ITEMS MUST BE PLACED BACK IN PROTECTIVE BAG FOR SHIPPING. If items are damaged during shipping, no refund will be issued.
- We accept returns postmarked within 30 days of receiving your package from us.
- Returns must be received unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags attached.
- If item is defective please email email@example.com within 24 hours upon receiving and we require a picture.
- Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional protective shipping box. Shoes returned without the box makes the shoes ineligible for return, and will be returned to you.
- Jewelry/Accessories, Bodysuits/Intimates, and Baby Chic items are final sale and may not be returned.
- The return total will be credited to you via e-Gift Card, less the cost of shipping. Please allow 5-7 business days to process your return after Daily Chic receives it. Shipping costs are non refundable.
We'll send you an email confirmation when your store credit has been issued.
Daily Chic is not responsible for missing, damaged, or packages lost in transit.
Will I be charged sales tax?
We are required by the State of North Carolina to charge a sales tax on any order shipped to a North Carolina address.
